Hiya
I'm only 17 weeks but am finding it really hard to sit all day on my usual work chair. I find my tailbone gets really sore, not to mention lower back etc. I can work from home, so image is not an issue!
Anyone else experienced this? What did you do??
Thanks

Ask work to do a h&s assessment and get you support cushion and/or leg rest!

I had one of these at work in my last pg and it was great, I was more comfortable at work than I was at home.

Looked at the chair in amazon. Disposable toilet seat covers came up as an item I might like to consider as well. Data mining gone mad!

Exercise ball was recommended by my physio for coccyx pain - was absolutely amazing.
