sore and swollen armpits..24 weeks????

I got up this morning and both my armpits feel really sore and when I looked in the mirror they were slightly swollen too. At first I panicked and thought something sinister but the fact both are like it I wondered if its down to milk ducts..anyone else had this..I'm at docs nxt week but until then I'm just curious and a bit worried.

Could be related to milk ducts or hormones, but you have lymph nodes Under there too so might be worth mentioning to your Dr just in case?

Thanks, there not too bad today but I will mention it..seems to be worse in the morning than at night x
