Help! i sometimes get the odd sharp twinge down below (if u know what i mean!) its no where near the baby, just sometimes it catches me out when they happen, they don't last long at all, a few seconds then they are gone, i only usally get one or two twinges in one go. is this normal? i feel fine, and the baby is fine. im 27 weeks.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Got them all the time with all 3 pregnancies - it's actually quite painful isn't it? LIke a sharp, stab - very quick but makes you jump?!

Nothing to worry about but very, very annoying!

Is it like being nipped? If so, I had this with first and now with second. MW says it's only baby putting a hand or a foot down! Worse in the last few weeks for me.

Yes, it's normal - my mw said it was the head, or foot or whatever hitting the cervix. I found it excrutiating at times! Takes your breath away anyway! Definitely nothing to be concerned about.

thank you! you've put my mind at ease, i knew it wasnt anything major but i just had to be sure!
