Advice about cramping and back pain at around 4 weeks, worried!

Hello everyone, hoping you can help am 4-5 weeks and for the past few days have been having what feels like mild period pain coupled with back pain, kind of in the middle like a pulled muscle.
Is this normal, panicking a bit!

Just for a little bit of a positive. I had horrendous reccurring period like pains for the first 6 weeks (i never get pains) I was positive it meant something was wrong. I even bled several times and would panic so much and be in constant tears. I wasn't in a position to get myself checked out either so just had to wait.

I am now 28 weeks pregnant with my very wriggly healthy baby! So all that worry in the early days they give us can turn out to be just that.

Hey anyone experience random sharp back pains I'm 4 weeks pregnant didn't have this on my first pregnancy and had no symptoms atall on my 2 misscarraiges just a nervous wreck over every lil pain
