Apologies!

Does anyone have a cure for this? I am bored of drinking Lactulose which isn't doing anything at all, I am eating fairly well (lots of veg but a bit crap with fruit) and drinking lots but nothing is working!

Fibrogel? You can have it when bf'ing, just check if you can when pregnant

I'm having a large glass of orange juice and dried fruit every day, and it's keeping me regular. I've also tried to drink lots, eat fruit and veg and do some gentle exercise each day. It had awful constipation before I added the juice and raisins.

Prune juice! Worked like a charm and doesn't taste as disgusting as it looks but I added a splash of lemonade. That and dried fruit.

Hopefully it will get a bit better for you soon Smile

Prunes and water.

Ok I am going to take your word for it that Prune juice isn't so bad, I've heard good things but have always thought it would be disgusting so will go out tomorrow and get some along with some dried fruit! Next post will be stomach cramps and diarrhoea!!

Thanks!

I keep making batches of prune flap jacks. Better than eating prunes on their own. Can freeze them too.

Movicol is your friend. I struggled TERRIBLY with my first and started with lactolose, which didn't do much.

GP prescribed Movicol, 1/2 sachet every morning and it was perfect to keep everything in balance. I kept it up for 2 days post birth too. Really helped with the first scary poo!

Kiwi fruit. Eat about 3 at a time

A double espresso.
