I'm feeling the same so far with number three, have two beautiful girls already. We don't mind what we have, another surprise Smile

Just wondered, as I feel more tired but that could be the two girls I have both being under three! Smile I also feel I'm carrying lower but once again I think this is due to previous babies as I carried all front so my muscles split and I now have a hernia in my belly button. So that's the only differences..

I just believe the way you carry is just unique to you, I don't think it determines what you're having? Do you?

Lots of people keep saying oh you're lower, smaller or whatever but I just think it's down to how I carry in general!

Carried exactly the same with all my five 2 boys and 2 girls and number 5 still a surprise at the moment Wink

Me. Didn't know gender until delivery either time. Both just the same and I was utterly convinced until proved otherwise post-birth that DC2 would be the same gender as DC1.

I dont think the sex determines how youre carrying but the size of baby does, the position they lie, also how strong or stretched your tummy muscles are and your weight. Im on my 3rd and ive got a boy and a girl, this is another girl. To me my bumps the same apart from the fact ive not gained so much this time and my tummy muscles are slacker!

Well I have had two boys with two utterly different pregnancies.

DS1 - nauseous but rarely sick
DS2 - throwing up blood

DS1 - desperate cravings for salt and bread
DS2 - pretty normal appetite

DS1 - terrible heartburn and aversion to garlic or chilli
DS2 - no heartburn and great love for chilli

DS1 - in maternity clothes first at 8 weeks
DS2 - in maternity clothes first at 36 weeks (was same weight each time but carried differently)

DS1 - low bump
DS2 - high, small bump

DS1 - had to take off rings etc at 28 weeks
DS2 - never had to take off rings

So for me, two identical genders have not meant two identical pregnancies. So I think your chances of the same or a different gender are probably still 50/50! Grin

I feel exactly the same with this baby (a DS) as I did with DD.

I have 3 boys and 1 girl (3 PGs). I carried high and front. Symptons varied with each pregnancy, one never the same. I think the way you carry is just how your body copes and has nothing to do with gender of baby. All my gender predications were wrong too haha.

Dd1 morning sickness
Dd2 morning sickness
Ds (due Jan) didn't have a clue I was expecting until 11 weeks pregnant when I tested because DH said my belly was getting bigger!

Bumps have been the same, but slightly bigger each time at an earlier stage.

Oh and I was right about the gender each time.
