38 weeks and nausea

I've been feeling dreadful for the last couple of days. Nauseous and like I need to poo constantly, with a bit of diarrhoea. I also have no appetite whatsoever but am forcing a bit of food down for baby's sake.

Is this more likely to be a tummy bug/food poisoning or could it be a sign that things are about to kick off? I didn't go into labour naturally with DS so it's all a bit of an unknown.

Have had lots of BH too, but that's normal I think?

BH are nothing but the rest could be things getting going, I felt sick the night before ds was born (at 38 weeks, he was fine not too early that he needed help) and a lot of people get diarrhoea before birth. Good luck! x
