Should I be worried?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant, got my BFP just over a week ago. For that first week I had nausea all day and evening, food aversions, sore boobs.
Now this week my boobs are still sore, my stomach is aching but it sounds more like stretching ligaments from what I've read, definitely not like cramps, but there's less and less nausea and the food aversions have gone.
I know I'm probably over thinking (it's a habit of mine!) because there's no cramping or bleeding, but should I be worried about the symptoms going so early? I haven't got a doctors appointment until next week, I keep ringing every day but they can't see me any sooner.

Internet hugs from a fellow over thinker :)
In my experience of those early symptoms, they came and went with regularity. Like, they would disappear for a couple of days and then come back. I think it's because hormone levels fluctuate.

Hey
Sorry to see that your worried. I think if you don't have any bleeding or pains and cramps I wouldn't worry. (Easy to say!) I think morning sickness etc is linked to hormones and presumably these fluctuate all the time. Unless anything else crops up I'd sit tight and stay positive.
I've got something similar at the moment (nausea and sore boobs have gone in the last day) but I have stabby pains as well. I was actually scanned this morning and no pregnancy was visible, but I am only 5.5 wks going by my dates. Jousts waiting to find out the blood results to see what my hcg levels have done since Monday....
Anyway enough about me, really hope it works out for you and try to stay positive. If you get any pains at all go straight to GP on an emergency appointment, better to be safe than sorry.
