Ball bouncing

Due in 2 days and been bouncing on the ball endlessly. Actually gives me sore pelvis after about an hour. Must be doing something as also get a bit of stabby cervix pain. Is that all I do just bounce? Or is there moves or exercises I can do to get the baby ready for exit?

Yes, moves and exercises I would recommend are the horizontal lie and the closed eye method - you won't be having much of either soon. I used to just roll back and forward on it but it made me want to pee all the time!
