Borderline blood test results?

Has anybody else had blood tests results and they said they are borderline and you have to go for more blood tests? I just got that news today? So I still have no idea :(

I had my blood tests last week and I have to go bk for a blood test on my thyroid :s but they were pretty vague, sorry not much help
