Thrush!!

I'm nearly 33 weeks and I got told yesterday that I have got thrush so was given a pessary and cream on prescription. I inserted the pessary last night before bed and I had what seemed like period pains all night. Now I am having really bad back ache and period aches and leaking lots of discharge.

Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm worried that inserting the pessary may have started something off.

Looked at some blogs etc and the pessary for thrush apparently may induce labour. To be fair, period pains, back ache and leaking sounds like possible early labour anyway so go to maternity unit to get checked, they defo wont mind even if its nothing. Good luck xxxx
