Blood test at 28 weeks?

Should I be having one? My midwife appointment is not until October now. Last time I saw her and she asked if the hospital would do it as I am under consultant care. They didn't so just checking if others have had it.

Yes, I had these. I didn't chase for them, they were organised by the midwife (but they can be done through hospitals as well). Definitely ask for them as they test for iron levels etc.

I had my bloods done at my 28 week app which was last week, the midwife took the blood and said she would call if any probs, I've not heard anything. I would call your midwife :)
