Hi guys,me again with more paranoid worries :s
I've been having really strong BH for two days, sun I had like 53 some stronger than others,a sharp pain up in my flu and I lost loads and loads of muscus plug, there wasn't any blood in it n it was clear or yellowy, but there was loads.same yest but no muscus,n I had a massive one last night, that much that I actually thought it was labor but then nothing until a mild one this morning. I'm 34+3 with my 1st,just wondering if BH this strong and frequent are normal at this stage or not?do u have the 'show' without the blood?thank u in advance xx

I have been having these for a couple of weeks very strong and have wondered myself a couple of times if I was in labour I am 33+5 with dc3 I have not had the mucus though I would ask midwife or gp just in case u have a infection? I have had blood with both my dcs when I have had a show good luck hope u ok x

Hi. Dont want to worry you but for me very frequent BH, accompanied by show and pain, was the start of labour. I'd get checked out to be on the safe side.

That just sounds like heavy discharge if no blood. I'm 35+5 and have been having the discharge (a lot) for a couple of weeks and braxton hicks for months which for the last couple of weeks have been very strong and every 10-20 minutes at a guess and the stronger ones make me feel a lot of pressure down below. I had the same with ds1 and he was born at 38+4 so not worryingly early. I'm kind of hoping for similar timing this time around. Hopefully you're just experiencing the same as me but if you're really worried call the midwives, the times I've phoned them about odd pains and things they've really put my mind at ease, they see it all so know what is a potential problem. x

If you start losing your mucus plug I'd get it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks guys, had no more loss of plug n only the odd BH.i can never get ahold of my MW,she's terrible.rung community MD at hospital n she said it sounds like false labor as I've not had a 'blood' show,so my bodys prgonna ask MW to check my out at my 36wk app.

ahh I have been having them for a few days really strong but not constant but I still have 5+5 weeks to go they think baby is quite big so wondering if that is contributing to it hope I can hold out till my scan on the 26th when they might induce me due to size anyway just scared its too early if anything happens yet I also have this massive feeling in my bones he is going to come early and never had that before!!! feel like I am going crazy lol x
