Has anybody taken Arnica during pregnancy ?

Suffering with varicose veins and have been advised to try arnica to see if it would help but the nurse wasn't sure if it was safe to take.

i thought you could only take it during and after labour. do you have a reliable health food shop type place near you? they might know.

My bottle says not to take during pregnancy.
