Hi, I was just wondering what it means when the placenta is Posterior. That is how mine is...should I be concerned? or is this normal.

I think it just means it's at the back of the uterus (side your spine is on). Mine is anterior, so it's next to my belly button. :) I think anything is 'normal'. You just don't want it to be low, but they would have mentioned that if it was and booked you in for another scan.
