I had to have a reassurance scan a few weeks ago due to the bleeding and based on the measurements they dated me at 7 wks+6.
Today, I had to attend another hospital for another reassurance scan due to further bleeding and they have dated me at 10wks+2.
However, based on the date of my first scan I should actually be 10wks+6.
I questioned the midwife about the 4 days discrepancy and asked if it meant the baby wasn't growing as quickly as it should be, but she didn't seem to concerned. She said that at this early stage any little thing can affect the measurements that being 4 days less than previous scans had suggested was nothing to worry about
I still am though.
Is this quite common??
