Hi,
Just looking for recommendation for a pillow for SPD. I had it with both previous pregnancies and I'm currently trying to come up with anything to reduce or delay the problem but getting a bit confused by all the options in the shop.
Anyone use them?
Thanks

I don't have spd but have just bought a Mumanu, to help my dodgy back and hip. It's quite comfy cos you can inflate/deflate according to what you need.
Don't know if it will be suitable for you, but worth a look x

I got this one and it's fantastic www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/sp+multi-purpose-maternity-body-support-pillow-in-maternity-products-and-underwear+b6299 It is pricey but you can use it afterwards for baby to sit in and for feeding. Definitely helps my pelvis at night, I'm finally getting some sleep!

I'm using one from amazon - search 'pillow pleasure big c u maternity pillow) it's brilliant. Postage is expensive but you'll see why when you get it! My DP laughed his head off at how ecstatic I was the first time I curled up in it !!

I have the theraline pillow. The big V or something, off Amazon. Got it before I developed SPD, but now it is a life saver!

Thanks for the replies. You all seem to have got on with very different styles of pillow which makes it a tricky decision.
Im off to find what suits me today but DH is being grumpy and will only go to mothercare so my options my be limited.

Labrador I'm looking at that pillow but read the filling loses it's plumpness after a couple of weeks, how've you been with yours? And does it leave room for the OH in bed lol?
