Does anyone know if clipper sleep easy tea is allowed in pregnancy - particularly 3rd trimester?
I am completely fed up of waking every single hour with some sort of ache, pain or panic Confused
Would also love any sleeping tips if anyone has any? 10pm, 3am and 5am baths with lavender oil are helping me but not ideal...

I have never heard of that tea but i was going through a stage of insomnia. I realised the tea dp had got wasnt decaff and when i found out i was pg i had switched so I think using decaff helps with sleep and also if u dont drink anything after 9.30. If u haven't got one already one of the pg pillows has helped me as well.

there is a decaff tea called 'tick tock' which is available in all normal supermarkets, it has a lovely flavour and makes me feel relaxed as soon as I drink it.

if in doubt, warm milk and a foot rub never fails to work Wink
