Can anyone reccomend a way to get comfy at night? I'm only early on in my pregnancy but lying on my side and stomach is not very comfy and as this is my second pregnancy I know on your back is a no no as you get further on. Help please im knackered!!

i know that the books and guides will say try and always sleep on left side etc...
but a v knowledgeable osteopath i was seeing said that the most important thing is to be able to move at night - trying to stay in one position ends up giving you lots of extra aches and pains because your body needs to move about in sleep to keep circulation going. she also rubbished the lying on back thing until the very late stages - and said that you would be aware if there was any pressing on the major blood vessel they go on about - you' d feel very dizzy and move long before it had an effect.
i had a dreamgeni pillow but found it made my back and hip pain worse as was wedged in one position. now am woken up by sore hips and baby kicking but much better.
pillow between knees and all the way down to feet - light covers, loads of additional pillows..

I start on my left side but always end up on my back. I don't worry about it. I also put a pillow between my knees which really helps Grinx

Another one sleeping on my back mostly (33weeks), though with two pillows rather than one. I had a dreamgenii but it felt too constricting. I just shove some of the duvet between my knees if I lie on my side.

i sleep on my back sides and sometimes i wake up on my tummy, im 24 weeks, if you wasnt comfy then your body would wake you up, layin on your side with a pillow helps
