I'm sure you're not mad. I felt it at 15wks.

I felt something at 13 weeks and very much more at 14, not getting bigger flutters, so I know I was right at 13 weeks!!!!!

How come some people feel it sooner? I hope Mears reads this thread and can shed some light on it....

Don't want to put a dampner, but 11 weeks does sound a bit early! And you say you've been feeling it for a week? I didn't think the baby moved that much at 10 wks..... might be wrong though.

I felt this baby move at 14 wks, now at 16 wks it's fairly noticable. When I told my MW that I had felt movement at 14 wks she said that it was not unheard of, but pretty uncommon to feel it that early. COuld you maybe be further on than you think? Have you had your scan yet?

Just little bubbling/fluttering movements. Not kicking or anything! And not all the time - on and off.

Haven't had scan yet - Monday - am pretty sure of dates.

If you look on the anyone due July 2004 thread - we've had quite a conversation about it. It could be more noticiable in some due to the position on the placenta or the fact that the baby is low in the pelvis (like mine). Have a peek!

SpringChicken · 20/02/2004 14:58

Dinny, i'm from the July thread - i had felt the odd flutter here and there but seemed to go for long periods of time without feeling anything.

Has 20 week scan yesterday and the baby's feet were right down by mu bladder - the sonographer said this was probably why i hadn't felt much - the baby was moving around loads and once i'd seen his little arms and legs stretching out i was quite glad i couldn't feel everything just yet

I felt dd1 at about 15 weeks, I think.

Feeling this one so early must be to do with its position. My friend said it may be because I am quite slim. Dunno why that'd affect it. Can't wait for scan just to know all is OK - am stupidly paranoid now.
