Cramps and spotting during early pregnancy

i am 4 weeks, and have got period pains and now spotting.... i think this is normal, can i have your ideas ? and experiences ( good and bad )...

just been for a scan to make sure the m/c was complete..... oh and guess what it wasn't, they have found an egg sack about 6 weeks, got to go next weeks for another scan to see if it had grown or dead ! so i still could be pg, more than likely it's dead just hanging around.

now i don't know what to feel, i have had a heavy bleed this last week, full normal period, one twin gone other surviving? surely it can't cause i have bleed loads, and i mean loads... nurse reacons m/c still to come with alot of pain attached !! chuff a duck....

What should i be feeling , i feel numb ?!

rach, i went thru (still going thru) the same thing. Started bleeding at what should have been 10 weeks, scan said they could see a 6 wk sac and had to "wait it out" for another 2 weeks to "give it a chance". m/c that night but still have to go for scans as it wasn't complete.

Thinking of you rach, u don't have to feel anything, numb describes how i felt for a while too.

i bled with my first 2, and they were both 'probalbe' twins according to nurse.

with no.3 i bleed, v v heavily and lost it at 9wks. but i knids knew things werent right that time. my m/c took 3weeks.

So sorry to hear this Rachee. You can't know how to feel. Will pray for you if that's ok? I had a missed m/c at 12 weeks, baby had died at 8 weeks, was horrible but at least I knew. Keep coming on here for support if it helps.

I just signed up and saw these posts. I have a 3 year old son. My husband and I tried this month for our second, and I am 6 days late. I am usually never late. Last month the excitement of getting ready to try made me 5 days late. These last 2 months are the only 2 I have ever been late besides my pregnancy with my son. I do have sore breasts, but all my tests keep coming up negative! I also had NO other symptoms with my son. Not even nausea! I am going to make an appointment to go to my OBG/YN next week. I also have had cramps for the last 5 days or so like my period is going to start now. I keep running into the bathroom at work thinking it is here but nothing at all. Could I have really conceived already even with the negative tests results? I am so confused!

i had really bad cramps in the 1st trimester and also a bit of bleeding too
it totally freaked me out luckily i got sent for an early scan at the hospital
and they the little bean was heart beating and all
what has your dr or midwife said ? could they send you for an early scan ?
they do have vaginal probes so they can do the scans quite early xxx

well, I don't know if I am pregnant yet. With my son, I took a hpt 11 days late for my period and it was positive. I took a test this morning...6 days late and it was negative. I am confused. I am going to see the doctor next week for a blood test if I don't get my period by then.
