Am 32 weeks and have developed sore piles. Any tips on being more comfertable or reducing them as Dr said all they do is give cream for itching.?

I've had them a few times since having my DD and think im going to get through my current pregnancy. I use anusoil, you get it from any chemist or even tesco's, you get an applicator so the cream goes inside, which I know sounds horrible but it really does help. x

Ask your GP for suppositories or buy some over the counter (they won't be as strong as you can get on prescription but should still help) - much better than cream ime. Also try liquid witch hazel (you can also buy this over the counter) on a cotton wool pad, very soothing.
