To start with I've only had sex 3 times in the last 6 months - all with condoms.
I had a period 5 weeks ago and it was a heavy one and lasted 3 days. Since then I've only had one sexual encounter (with condom) and as it was a drunken disaster he didn't actually come. (This is lovely for 9am, I know.)

My period is now late but it's never been 100% regular since coming off the injection. However, I've had horrible cramps, boob pain (which has now gone totally) and my stomach area is really hurting right now.

My problem is I have been pregnant before and decided to terminate. I have no regrets, but it does mean I get massively upset and worried when I experience any kind of period symptoms, as my mind links them to my pregnancy symptoms and I convince myself I'm in trouble again.

I'm going to POAS later - please can someone old my hand and tell me it's extremely unlikely. I feel like crying.

Hey gs. Doesn't sound like your pg to me. You've only had sex the one time since your last period, you use protection, plus the injection can make them irregular for some time after you stop them. Sounds like your getting symptoms of your period so don't worry. Sounds like you may need to talked to somebody regarding the termination, if its making you anxious.

Thanks bunny, I appreciate the post. I know it's unlikely but I am just so worried. Doctors won't even entertain the idea of sterilizing me because of my age and I have no children.
Just waiting for some money to be put in my account so I can go buy a test.

Hi GetStuffezd. I agree it seems unlikely that you are pg. But it must be horrible feeling so stressed about the possibility of a pregnancy. Like bunnysmummy says, maybe you could do with talking your feelings through? Also, perhaps if you're relying on condoms only it might be worth adding another form of contraception. Any reason you stopped the injection?

I am a bloody idiot.
I have nobody to talk to at all, working. Everyone I know is over 200 miles away and my best and closest friend has just had a mc, so it wouldn't be fair to burden her with it.

I stopped the injection as I wasn't seeing anyone any more and it seemed pointless. Now of course though, whenever I have sex I panic. I feel so stupid. Thank for posting xx
