At 21 weeks, I can't sleep on my back (it also gives me extreme back pain to do so) and I can't sleep facing DH
as the noise of his breathing, feeling of breath on my face etc drives me insane (bless him!). So tend to spend much of the night on one side facing away from him but keep waking with shoulder, arm, hip etc very sore (there's quite a weight on them, I guess!). When I can turn over and face inwards, I can put my knee up with a pillow underneath it (to protect my back) but he seems to spend much of his time facing inwards as well........
Also, seem to have pins and needles a lot of the time (arm I'm lying on or hand/wrist).....
If anyone has any tips for a more comfortable night's sleep, I'd be really grateful.....it might be worse because I'm getting nearly 10 hours sleep a night (or trying to!)
