I'm only 6 weeks and haven't been sick but have near constant nausea
Wondering if wrist bands might help?

Hi Caip, I used wristbands and would definitely recommend them.

I was extremely sceptical about them but felt so hideous I was willing to try anything and have to say, I honestly think they worked. I took B12 (I think it was B12?!) supplements as well and am not saying they got rid of the nausea altogether but when I really realised they'd worked was when I went on holiday for a couple of weeks and didn't wear them because they were lilac and I thought they looked ridiculous and I didn't have long sleeves on to hide them: I couldn't work out why my morning sickness was significantly worse than before (though jetlag probably played a part too) till I got home and realised there might be a link between not wearing the wristbands and feeling 10x worse. So... I'd say give them a go - they didn't get rid of the nausea for me entirely but they definitely made it a lot more manageable.

Sorry you're feeling so rubbish Sad.

I found they helped, but not everyday. Definitely worth a try. Only other thing that helped me this time was taking pregnacare vitamen, after a couple of days taking it i noticed i felt better so would recommend taking a good multi vitamen as well.

I had constant nausea with both DD1 and DD2, tried wristbands and they actually made me feel worse. I did persevere for about 3 days and made sure they were positioned correctly but they did nothing at all.

Worth a try though as they do work for some.

They didn't totally get rid of my morning sickness but definitely took the edge of. Was noticeably worse when I took them off for a shower to the point where I got a second pair for the shower. Hope the sickness subsides soon!

Did naff all for me personally but they're only about 5 quid so worth a try if you're suffering

I'm almost 12weeks and have been suffering from nausea 24/7 since 6weeks. I also tried the travel bands (boots brand) and found they did nothing or made my nausea worse, I also persevered for 3/4 days and was constantly checking I had them positioned right.

I'm hoping I'm just going to wake up one day soon and the nausea will have disappeared as I haven't found anything to help tbh.
