Hi since I woke up this morning, my coccyx (bone right at the bottom of my spine by my bum) has really ached and hurt.. im 34 weeks and was just wondering could she possibly be engaged?

It's possibly the relaxin hormone playing hell with your hips and extra weight affecting your coccyx - you could have been sitting on it at the wrong angle and the ache comes later.
I have SPD this time round and it's always worse the day after I have walked too far or had to carry DS (2.5) about a bit.

But as ever if it's still sore today (and paracetamol hasn't made a dint bet they ask you) then would call your Mw or GP for advice

I have this too, I'm 28 weeks... Seems to come every second day, but today has been second day in a row! Only I thought it is sciatica... :(
