Tens in pregnancy?

Does anyone know if I can use a tens machine for back pain/ PGP?
I'm in agony tonight, and have tried paracetamol, bath, heat pad and codeine and still in pain. I'm 29+2.

I think you can only use them after 37 weeks as there is the possibility they can start labour. Double check with your midwife though.

Sorry you are suffering. Ask for a prenatal physio referral.
