Panicking!!

I'm about 6 weeks pregnant & before I found out my breasts where so sore (only the left one, couldn't touch it! I thought I had cancer it was that sore and swollen) but turns out I am pregnant and the other one got sore but not as sore as left not today they aren't very sore before I couldn't lie on them or touch them now I can and there isn't loads of pain! I'm terrified incase this is the start of a m/c again! I need some advice please please! Has anyone else had this? I had a scan on Friday and she said it was perfect for the weeks I was but I'm terrified because I had an internal scan! Also how many days do they do count with pregnancy at scan I was 5 weeks 1 day and that matched up to the calculator thing online and now it's saying 6 weeks is it only 5 days then your into a different week? Please help

Symptoms can come and go quite abruptly, what you are describing is exactly the same as mine, its very common. An internal scan is safe, don't worry.
No the days count in normal weeks, ie 5+6, 6, 6+1 etc. it's normal for your scan and due date calculators to e slightly out of line as a calculator relies on an estimated implantation date, and an early scan relies on measurements which can be quite inaccurate when baby is so small. Again don't worry, this is normal

I'm totally terrified, I keep trying to think positive but I'm scared incase I do that's when it will go bad! My chest is no longer sore at all! And every time I go to the bathroom I am terrified incase I see blood! Can't wait till next Friday to see if everything is ok again, I feel like I will be like this till the baby is here, I'm so scared I haven't heard great story's about someone having a m/c then a sucseeful pregnancy straight away, I just want this so bad! I can't go trough another one! :( x
