Daft question about dandruff shampoo :-)

Was going to buy some head and shoulders shampoo but I heard it's not safe to use in pregnancy, is this one of those myths or is there any truth in it? If so what can I use instead? I'm 26 weeks

I've heard these myths you can't get your hair dyed, you can't use certain shampoo, the list is endless, I can assure you your shampoo won't harm baby buy away x

Thanks It is funny how you know in your head it's all ok but end up doubting yourself. It annoyed me so much when it was in the news that pregnant women should stay away from all cosmetics, new furniture, cars etc, it is ridiculous x
