Hi ladies. Is been a while since I have been on here as I've been busy enjoying my ds ( 8 Months now:-)
I'm back at work soon but returning for only 3 days per week. ( previously full time )
My question is as I am returning part time , if I fall pregnant again will I be entitled to full maternity pay?
( the company I work for only pay statutory )
I will be working 23 hours per week with them.

Also if I got a second job , working one day, how would that effect it ?

Hoping to get some expertise as I can't ask a hr manager as there isn't one - small company!
Thanks in advance

Yes you will. AFAIK you will recieve either SMP or the "lower earnings limit" I think it is, but presumably working 23 hrs you will earn over that. You can even run your maternity periods concurrently. I am in a similar position as I am currently pregnant on mat leave. I will go back at 23 weeks and finish again 14 weeks later. No problems and still get all my holidays which have accrued while I'm off. The HMRC website is quite good for any questions you have.

Yes you will my son was 6 months old when I returned to work and I was already 10 weeks pregnant, I am entitled to all the same maternity leave and pay as last time start my next leave on 28th September but that's using all my holiday entitlement before I go. I'll second what rachyconkssaid HmRC website is really useful
