Just heard the heartbeat!

Sorry for the exitable post but just had an early scan (Im between 7 and 8 weeks) and heard the heartbeat! It was amazing! sooo exiting! I just want to tell everyone - thank god for Mumsnet!

Yes he said 143 bpm (I think!) It was fascinating that something so tiny and hardly visible can be hammering away like that!

It really is incredible - actually I think you were lucky to hear it so early -obviously a good strong heart!
