Sharp back Bain

This morning I had a few sharp back pains, certainly not agony, more like spasms but nothing I've ever felt before. I'm 14 and a half weeks. Can anyone relate to this? Is it normal? Thank you :)

I've had a few twinges in my back, at the right hand side, where my waist was is. Am 21 weeks today - I think it's bladder/constipation related, as it eases when I go to the loo.

No idea if it's normal though!
