North Middlesex Vs Chase Farm

Please give me opinions of both if you have given birth there. I've heard good things about Chase Farm but a google search tells me otherwise.

Okay so I know at least 6 people born in Chase Farm but that doesn't mean I know how their birth was.

So Chase Farm are moving to North Middlesex in a new building this year. I on't know how this changes things.
