22 weeks and dd1 is usury a wrigglers but she hasn't moved as much last few days not sure if it's cos I been feeling down or just me being silly but I feel like I haven't felt her move much... And when I have felt her it's not been as strong I'm not sure whether to ring mw as I dont wana waste midwife time

I think it's normal at that stage but I had something similar at 24 weeks. I rang the triage and they told me to lie on left for an hour after drinking a pint of ice cold water to see if I felt anything. Felt nothing so I rang back and they told me to come down. Found heart beat straight away and I felt stupid for wasting their time. But they were so nice and really reassuring. They said any worries to just ring. That's what they are there for. Just ring if you're worried. No point in getting yourself worked up x
