I am due with baby no 1 on our second wedding anniversary in October and whilst I know it is meant to be cotton I was thinking more practically and thought I might buy him a camcorder (are they still called that?!?) - clearly the baby won't necessarily be born on the actual day but I won't want to be sorting anniversary pressies anytime around then I imagine! . We are very untechie as a couple but thought it would be fun for filming the baby as it grows up (NOT the birth!!). What do you think?! Also has anyone got any tips on which make/model to go for - something relatively simple to use and maybe one which can take stills as well but mainly easy to download as that is the part that won't happen if it is too complicated!
