anyone have implantation twinges?

For the last two days I've felt light stabbing pains in my right side, I'm 8/9dpo and wondered if anyone had something like this or am I just getting my hopes up?

I had sharp cramping on left hand side. After I got a BFP I mentioned to my GP as I was still having them. Got sent to EPU just to check it wasn't an ectopic, which it wasn't. But the sonographer said the pain could have been from implantation. So it could very well be that!

It could very well be. Mine was definitely a sharp pain that felt odd/ unusual.
