Lots of BH - is there a potential this is labour and not BH?

40+2 painful BH every day, every 15 mins for up to 2 hrs, feeling sick, backache then....nothing. Getting this more frequently over the last few days - had two episodes of this today.

Sweep booked tomorrow, is there any chance the MW could tell me I might be x cm dilated and that I'm actually in very slow labour, or is this just BH every night?

40+3 2hs of contractions 10mins apart last night then nothing. Feel itching now. They were so painful I was convinced.

I reckon there's every chance its pre/early labour.
You might find actual labour is quick when the time comes!

I had a sweep after 3 days of on and off pains for about 3 day's, turned out I was 2cm and they got me to 3, baby arrived 12 hours later, so it may work for u, good luck!

Midwife today said it was early labour, bishops score of 4 and sweep done. Hopefully it'll be soon!
