when did you have your show?

when did you have your show and when did you go into labour? i had my show at 35+2 and am now 36+6. just wondering if i could go into labour soon.

I had a show at 38+1, contractions started (slowly the next day) and dd born 5 days later.

Whenever I had a show I went into labour within the next 12 hours.

ds1 had show 39+6, he was bron 3 hrs later
ds2, had a show 40+4 and he was born an hour later

hello i think i might have had a show 3days ago and so does my mw but i'm not sure there was only a small amount and it was like clear sticky stuff has any one else had anything like that befor and was it a show

DS - didnt have one.

DD - 35 weeks 36 weeks 37 weeks and 39 weeks when she was born.

mine happened when i got to hospital and was examined, waters had gone already and was having contractions every minute , i was 5 cms

The fore waters bit went first with dd and then I had a show which was the very early hours of the morning and she was born that night.

What does a show look like? Think I might have just had one, I had a sweep yesterday morning. Just had quite a sticky jelly yellow discharge could that be the show?

I had my show 1hr before giving birth.

Trix1 Mine was an unmistakable blood filled mucus, stringy type discharge and there was loads of it. Just as I thought that I had wiped it all away more came. Sorry for graphic detail!! [erk emotion]

Trix1 - just posted for you on the Aug thread. My show with ds1 happened 3pm on a sunday 40+5, ds was born 11.47am on the monday morning 40+6. Still waiting for a show with this pregnancy - 6 days overdue!
