So scared & cant sleep

Im 8 weeks+2 days pregnant, I have my dating scan booked for 12th sept. I MMC in april at 17 weeks the baby had died at around 14 weeks, I am so scared to go for the 12 week scan incase I get bad news again. I cant sleep properly and its constantly on my mind every second of the day. I have heard about early scans you can have but at the moment we cant afford one. Don't no how im going to cope for another 3 weeks. I just want to enjoy this pregnancy but cant.

The first 12 weeks is a worrying time for anyone so I can't imagine what you're going through. The best thing you can do is just take care of yourself - get plenty of rest when you need it, keep hydrated and take your folic acid.

I'm 32+3 and only now starting to enjoy it - and even now my MW has told me that the baby's measuring small for my dates so there's always something to increase the stress levels.

When I was pregnant with my ds 7 years ago I never once worried about anything I really enjoyed it. Don't think i'l rest till I have the baby in my arms.
