It says in Pregnancy and Birth magazine that this can be drank from 30 weeks. I thought it was about 36 weeks? Does anyone know and does anyone know if it helps?

On my box of RL tea bags it says from 36 weeks.

I am drinking it like a fiend (am 40+ weeks), it's meant to ripen the cervix (I think)

It won't bring on labour, but is supposed to make your contractions stronger. I drank it daily from about 32 weeks with all three of mine, and had 3 quick labours. May well be a coincidence, but after my first (easy) birth I wasn't going to go with out just in case!
I was over 40 weeks with all three.
