Morning everyone, just a quick question about food we can and can't eat. I'm craving custard but wasn't sure if I could have it because of eggs and so I went on to Google. I found a booklet specifically for the diet of a pregnant women and it covered a whole range of foods, colour coded red, orange and green to indicate their safety. I have now got myself in a state as I have been eating things in the Red Column! I have been eating cold chicken salads for weeks (pre-packed and bought) thinking I was eating healthily for the baby, but in the booklet it says this type of meat salad "MUST be avoided!!" 
Is it scaremongering or are there genuinely lots of foods out there we shouldn't be eating?
