Anyone used one after a section? Reviews look good. Wondered if they were worth the money?

If you mean a belly band thing, I have one, not used it yet though! Am 33 weeks and having section at 36 or 37. Will report back!

Oooohhh Goodo. I hated the feeling of sloshy insides and hoped this would help.
