Weird question!

Hubby and I lying in bed this morning and he was resting his head on my bump and he said he could "hear" the baby. Not the heartbeat but kind of a sloshing sound so my waters being moved around by the baby. I've never heard of this so have no idea if it was the baby or just the fact it was 7am and I was hungry (he's certain wasn't tummy noises though) and google giving mixed results.
I'm not even convinced it's possible, I always thought the womb was basically full of fluid so there's no room for it to slosh about if that makes sense, but he seemed so happy to hear it I hope he's right. Anyone any ideas on how likely this is?

I know when I was on the monitor we could hear the baby sloshing about and moving around. So I guess it is possible xx
