Severe Tummy pains at 7 months pregnant

Hi,

I was admitted to hosp this weekend with severe tummy pains. The hosp said they werent anything and were more interested in the baby's HR. Anyway im home now and was fine yesterday but back in work today theyve started again.
Its fine in the morning but then by tea time I can barely stand up straight and every move hurts. Even the baby moving hurts.

As I dont think its serious as the hosp werent concened im beginning to think it could be the weight of the baby pulling on the muscles. My bump is all out front. It hurts to use my tummy, a bit like if I had overdid the situps and when I lay on my side or walk about etc it hurts.

Has anyone suffered anything similar or know how I may be able to alleviate the pain.

TIA.

could it be a kidney stone? I had this with dd2 - shart shooting pains all down my right side. Kidneys don't work as efficiently during a pregnancy so stones aren't that uncommon
hope it goes away soon

The pain seems to be all around my belly button area and then I get a stabbing down by my left groin.
If I stand up suddenly it feels as if my inside is being ripped and when the baby moves its agony and having my tummy prodded hurts as well.
I dont want to go back to the hospital as theyve looked and cant find anything but im worrying in case its something severe.
