Okay for people who may or may not of seen me on the conception forum. I got my positiveGrin

I am now 7 weeks 1 day hehe pregnantGrin

Just was wondering if its normal to already be showing? I had a bit of weight on reserve but this is a tad over board lol. Twins run in both families so kinda thinking it may be that. I'm almost certain of the date of my last af as it was a normal heavy period. Any advice or opinions?

Also this morning I woke up with a horrible taste in my mouth like I had been snacking on crayons all night. Was disgusting!! I know craving thing have meanings but what does the taste mean lol. Sorry for rant. Its my first baby and live away from my family.x

Unfortunately bloating and water retention are very common at this stage, so that's more likely what it'll be. The baby is minuscule and tucked down behind your pelvic bone. Congratulations, though Grin

Hi Wannabe, I'm 7+3 and I have a bigger stomach but I have put it down to water retention Smile

I have also been having horrible tastes in my mouth over the last week. It has been quite metallic but it is very normal, something to do with all the extra blood flowing around your system Smile

Congratulations on your BFP!!

Twins on your partners side of the family doesn't influence your body releasing multiple eggs. However, if fraternal twins run on your side of the family you may have inherited the hyper ovulation gene.

Congratulations on your pregnancy :)

Yes - bloating! The most bloated I felt was in the first 12 weeks. Even though my stomach is huge now, it at least feels like it's all bump.

Congratulations and enjoy every second of it!

Congratulations on your BFP Flowers. Unfortunately bloating and water retention is common early on. I didn't start properly showing till about 19 weeks. All the best Op.. MSmile

Congrats OP Grin

I seem to have had a little 'bump' from apx 7/8 weeks. It was squishy though, and had no impact on my movements (could bend in half over it quite happily). I can see now that it was bloating at that stage though, as now i'm 19 weeks the little bump is rock hard to the touch, higher, and it feels dreadful if i squash it a bit, lol.

I blew up like a balloon as soon as I was pregnant!! I could no longer wear my wedding ring and had to get a cheap replacement 4 sizes!!! Bigger!! The water retention is now finally easing off (I'm 31w)
