I cannot stop farting! !

Urgh its so embarrassing :o im 32 weeks now and and for the past week I just can't stop farting! Regardless of what I eat or not.. and not just that but there also really loud and I can't hold them in.. :( I think its the iron tablets :/ anyone else suffering?

I get bad wind too. I guess it's better than heartburn. Have you tried rennies? Maybe something to do with baby getting bigger and squashing digestive system? I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be able to tell us

Yep lol I have tried renne as I had really bad heartburn for a while too, oh well, the joys of pregnancy :)

Am due today and have been farting loudly and smelly for the past few weeks nothing i can do about them tried holding them in tried blaming others but ultimately just having to fart and run when I can!

33 weeks here. I did one in the queue at tesco earlier and then had to make a big show of checking the toddler's nappy.

According to dh my wind could kill a small child at the moment. He actually gave me a 10/10 for one the other day. It's judged on smell, gag factor, lingering-ness etc... I am so glad I was at home rather than in public for that particular bout of flatulance!! I'm 31 weeks btw!
