Maternity Coat

Hello

I am due in February and I have been thinking that a maternity coat would be a sensible idea. Been looking at a few but wondered if anyone has any recommendations? I spend quite a bit of time outdoors in all weathers so something warm is needed and waterproof would be an added bonus.

Thank you

Romily, someone started a post here last week about this and the general consensus was to buy a cheap coat in couple sizes up as it seems maternity coats are pretty expensive!
Im also due in feb but im plannin to wear out last years coat open with a big snuggly scarf draped over the open part as someone suggested.
I drive so im lucky in that apart from standing in the play ground i wont really face the harshness of the rain etc alot. So maybe you would benefit from a waterproof in bigger size as you will be out in it more?
Someone suggested asos but i thought they were also dear considerin we will be in them for three, maybe four months max.
Hopfully someobe will come along and tell us where we can pick up a real bargain!

I personally never bought a maternity cot in either pregnancies , jut wor my regular one unbuttoned. Feels like a waste of money to me when it'll only be worn for such a short period of time.
