Change in babys movement but should I cancel monitoring app?

I had seriously reduced movement all day yesterday, less than 15 kicks all day and not sticking to usual patterns like she normally does.

I thought maybe she was just having a quiet day so left it to see if she woke up in the morning like she usually does but she never.

So I've got an appointment at the hospital for monitoring at 10am however....typically, she's just started going crazy!

Do I cancel my appointment or go in anyway? I don't want to waste their time as she's moving now.

No keep your appointment, any reduction/change in pattern should be checked out. You aren't wasting their time!

Yes everything was fine on the monitor for an hour and got good movements so feel a lot better now. Thanks
