A genuine question.

I've been reading these threads or a while and a bit worried that a lot of people talk about weto g themselves.

Does this happen during or after pregnancy and what can I do to avoid this?

I never did. I did a bit of yoga which apparently helps but didn't do much tbh. No problems after either. I think it's one of those things where you only hear the people who do say. I'm sure lots of people don't.

ha!! I only pee myself when sneezing or laughing hard, wasn't a problem until I hit my 29th week!

pelvic floor exercises help both before and after birth to stop you being a pissy pants Wink
