I have. 2.5yo, 14mo, and 16weeks pregnant.. I feel so tired this time! Better than a few weeks ago but still tired!

Other than water intake what else can I try?

Off on holiday in a week and 1/2 so want to feel better by then!

Just keep getting headaches, no motivation, tired etc. I have low BP which doesn't help and also bloating/low bowel movement which doesn't help! Shock

I'd suggest getting as much rest as you can (not easy I know!) and make sure you are eating well and often to keep your blood sugar up.

Rest is limited in the day, then the more I rest in the evening, dp & I don't get to spend time together Hmm

I recommend a pregnancy multivitamin - I know first trimester tiredness is sometimes hard to shift but it has worked wonders for me in third trimester - you could have an iron deficiency. Other than that eat little and often and rest as much as possible, as previous poster said.

I know resting at night means you won't get to spend much time with DP but hopefully this will pass soon and it will be a short rerm arrangement. Perhaps organise some relaxing things to do together like watch a movie you both want to see... just as long as he doesn't mind you falling asleep in his arms ten minutes in halfway through Smile

Yeah will try that I think, I have had my iron checked and its usually low in pregnancy but its 12.1!
